WAUKESHA----The Wauwatosa Spartans played host to American Conference rival the Roscoe Rush on Saturday night at Carroll College. Roscoe came into the game with a 2-0 conference record and 2-1 overall record in IFL play. The Spartans were 2-0 coming off two decisive wins against the West Allis Predators and St. Francis Monarchs.
The Spartans struck pay dirt on their first series and never looked back. QB Brad Dement led the offense going 14 of 24 for 317 yards and 5 TDs. His main target was WR Brad Guettel who hauled in a game high 6 passes for 187 yards.
